Star Services Group Companies in South Florida, July 1, 2001 to February 28, 2002, eight month

transitional period.

 

Star Services Group, Inc., Senior Vice President (NASDAQ-SSVC). Served as Environmental

Compliance Officer, Franchise Agreements, Corporate Development – Acquisitions and Florida

and EPA Governmental Affairs Officer of the Company and its solely owned subsidiaries from

1998 to 2001. Star Services Group, Inc. was purchased by Allied Waste Industries on July 1,

2001. Star Services Group, Inc. was a full service waste and recycling company with emphasis

in waste collection, disposal, recycling, thermal treatment plants, land and site development, portable toilets, compactors, storage containers, compost facilities, trucking

services, and landfill management. SSVC was the nations largest construction and

demolition debris recycling facility operator. Annual revenues over 40 million dollars.

 

Atlas Environmental, Inc., (NASDAQ-ATEV), Senior Vice President. Served as the

Environmental Compliance Officer of the Company's 11 solely owned subsidiaries, with

additional responsibilities in Corporate Development, financial modeling, franchise agreements,

interlocal agreements, union negotiations, including acquisitions of Landfills and Recycling

Facilities, Marketing, especially with Municipalities and General Contracts. Annual revenues

$15 to $25 million range. November 1994 to 1998. Atlas Environmental, Inc., through the subsidiaries which include Homestead Landfill; Naples Recyclers; Waste Magic Recyclers, Palm Beach, Lox and Central; KleenSoil International; South Florida Thermal; and TranSoil, operate Thermal Desorption Facilities to process petroleum-contaminated soil and coal tar, and was Florida’s largest recycler of Construction and Demolition Debris at the time of employment.
